Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Pre-order items may require additional production time.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping times vary based on destination.
Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Summer Drop & Pre-Orders:

Manufacturer-made products may require approximately 1–2 weeks before shipment.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.

Lost Packages:

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at butta.athletics@gmail.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses:
